We come to you at a time that suits you including after hours.
We will discuss your design brief, budget and important aspects of your home at no cost & obligation free.
Concept Design
Based on your ideas, sketches, requirements and budget we will design an initial concept plan. With your feedback this design will be developed to the point it meets your expectations and requirements.
Preliminary Plans
Next step is to document design plans including site plan, floor plans, elevations and 3D plans to bring your home to life. These plans will allow you to get preliminary quotes from builders to make sure the project is coming in on budget. If required, we can make alterations to suit.
Council Plans
Final stage is to prepare documentation to obtain building construction approval. If required we will also organise for soil test, site survey, engineering, and energy efficiency.
